All Fountain Services, LLC employees that do not possess the equivalent of an electrical journeyman card or higher designation are required to enroll in our four-year apprenticeship-training program.
Our apprenticeship-training program is certified on the state level by the North Carolina Department of Labor and on the national level by the National Center for Construction Education and Research. Employees receive automatic pay raises as they progress through each level of the program.
